Hoffmann AI, Scalable pdf/invoice parsing using AI and OCR for statistical analysis

Third-year internship turned into a freelance mission. Developed a web interface for visualizing data extracted from documents with React.js, TypeScript, Express, Vercel, Python, Django, Ubuntu, and Ollama. I had to connect production-ready machine learning models to analyze thousands of documents. The models ran on local machines: Nvidia Jetson AGX. I worked both on the backend with Django/Python for data collection and the frontend for display.
